• Content and interaction information: bead pattern designs, imported images/photos used for bead pattern conversion, text, comments, and other content you create, upload, or share.
• Customer support information: name, contact details, and content of inquiries or feedback.
• Other information you provide when participating in activities or purchasing paid services, such as delivery address and payment-related information.

(2) Information Automatically Collected & Device Permissions

• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network type, and connection status.
• Bluetooth permissions: used to discover, connect to, and communicate with companion hardware (such as 52x52 LED bead boards) via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to transmit bead patterns and light up beads.
• Photos and storage permissions: used to select pictures from your photo library to generate bead patterns and to save exported pattern images to your device album.
• Location information: We do not collect or track your geographical location. On certain Android versions, location permission is required by the operating system solely to perform Bluetooth Low Energy scanning.
• Usage and log information: login records, browsing history, interaction records, search records, error logs, and network request data.

(3) Information Provided by Third Parties

If you log in using third-party accounts (such as WeChat, Apple ID, etc.), we may obtain your authorized nickname, avatar, and other profile information from such third parties.

II. How We Use Your Personal Information

• To provide core Platform services such as bead pattern generation, editing, pattern library browsing, cloud synchronization, and hardware LED board lighting control.
• To optimize service experience and app performance.
• To ensure platform security and compliance with legal obligations.
• To send service notifications and respond to inquiries and feedback.

Your personal information is stored on servers located within the People’s Republic of China. We retain personal information only for the minimum period necessary and apply industry-standard security measures.
